Yangpi Cave Waterfall is a stunning waterfall off-the-beaten track in Guizhou. A stunning view not to be missed.
About Yangpi Cave Waterfall
The Yangpi Cave waterfall cascades out of the mouth of the cave etched into the Karst mountain.
The waterfall is immense and is absolutely worth the visit.
Top tip:
Where the trail reaches the bottom - where it meets the river, you can get a great photo with a telephoto lens. If you're travelling with someone, you can shoot from there to get that whole 'small person vs big landscape' type of photo.
Bring a change of clothes because you'll definitely get wet if you get close to the waterfall.
Getting to Yangpi Cave
The cave is a bit off-the-beaten-track, making it a little harder to get to than official scenic areas.
The best way is to drive up to the trailhead - signed by a small arrow. There is a small house at the side there. The guy will let you park inside his parking spaces for a small fee. And from there, you're free to go and explore.
