This is a magnificent church in Locarno. It looks particularly beautiful at sunrise, when the sun rises from behind the mountains.

  • To get there, you can either go by car, but parking spaces are somewhat limited at the top (you're more likely to find one at sunrise than around midday, of course).

  • Alternatively, you can walk up from the village or take the funicular. (timetable & price for the funicular)
