The Hermitage Hotel in Aoraki Mount Cook is an iconic spot nestled in the stunning national park.
You MUST book in advance to stay at the Hermitage as there is very little accommodation available in the national park. They have a lovely restaurant and I recommend booking a room in the newer part of their hotel.
