This was our first stop right when we got of the plane. It is just outside of the very busy capital Podgorica. It is a nice spot to relax after a long flight. There is a place to eat right at the waterfall.

This is a beautiful viewpoint where you can see the rivers that lead up to the Skadar Lake. With the mountains in the back is makes for an impressive sight.

This place offers rooms and is a restaurant as well. We only ate hear because our stay at the S&M Apartment. The food was really good here and you get amazingly views over the river.

We stayed here our first night in Montenegro. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They only have 2 rooms so when going in the high season, be sure to make reservations in advance! The views from the balcony each apartment has are beautiful! It is the perfect base for exploring the area where you can rent a boat on the river.
