Origini is a cozy restaurant located in a little alley in the heart of Martina Franca. With a focus on traditional Apulian cuisine, this charming osteria offers a menu with dishes made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The on-the-house little snacks and appetizers, as well as the pasta dishes, were all delicious, and along with the inviting atmosphere and super friendly staff, the overall experience was one of my favorites in Puglia! This place is a gem!
