St Alphage Gardens, formerly the site of St Alphege London Wall church in the City of London, is now a public garden. The original church was built on London Wall and had two phases, with the second church becoming the parish church after the Dissolution of the Monasteries. The church was rebuilt in 1777 but eventually demolished due to damage from wars and redevelopment projects. Today, the remaining ruins of the church tower serve as a central feature in the newly renovated plaza named London Wall Place & St Alphage Gardens.
