BNA Alter Museum in the heart of downtown Kyoto is such a fun, quirky place to stay!

Every night, you’re sleeping in a room designed by a different artist, so it’s like living in a real-life art gallery.

We stayed in the NEFTEX room, full of psychedelic colors and with a beautiful view of the streets below, super comfy, too!

We also spent a night in the Goen no Mar room, where you stick coins to the wall, which was so fun!

The vibe here is unique, with a bar and DJ on some nights.

Affordable, fun, and perfect for all types of travelers! It's also one of the best placed hotels to see all the nearby sites in Downtown Kyoto. many of them within walking distance.
