Better for the beginner surfer than Unstad (where the waves are bigger and more powerful), this campground / surf shop/ restaurant./ beach has everything you could possibly want in one spot when it comes to surfing Lofoten.

They provide really warm wetsuits (which come completely with a hood, booties, and gloves), as well as some basic rental boards for catching some Arctic waves.

The sand bottom beach break is easy and forgiving, and if the cold temps just get to be too much, a hot drink is just a few steps away. Even if you don't score very many waves, the view looking back at the mountains from the water makes the entire paddle out worth it.
