Twin Rocks Café in Bluff, Utah is hands down my favorite restaurant in this area. From the Navajo Fry Bread biscuits and gravy to the Southwestern Omelets, I've never had a bad dish from here. Check the hours in the off season, but usually open for both breakfast and lunch. The coffee is strong and the deserts are AMAZING.
