GUSTARIUM is “Pizza al Taglio” through and through. It’s honestly one of my favorite types of pizza in Italy, not only due to the sheer amount of options you have and the ability to try as many different flavors that you want, but also because Pizza al Taglio is typically a thicker, crunchier crust. GUSTARIUM is one of the most highly recommended Pizza al Taglio options in Florence, and as a thick-crust, deep-dish pizza kind of girl, it succeeded my expectations. If you’re like me, you’ll love Gustarium. Kacie's Recommendation: The flavors change daily, so just listen to your heart to tell you which one(s) to choose. I’ve yet to try a flavor I haven’t liked though, so I’d suggest opting for smaller slices and getting multiple flavors.
