Fritolin is a small restaurant located just outside the City Market in Koper. It's a really small, local place and they serve fresh seafood dishes. The food is really good and the price is very accessible. They have only 2 tables outside but there are always people hanging out.

PS: This store is cash only but there is an ATM just around the corner.
