Bar do Mineiro is one of our favorite restaurants in Rio. It's located in Santa Teresa and specializes in the typical cuisine of the state of Minas Gerais. In fact, the owner comes from the same small town as my mom and we have known him for years!

The restaurant itself is very simple but you can always count on having some incredible food here at Mineiro.
