Eggin í Gleðivík, also known as the Eggs at Merry Bay, is a unique outdoor artwork in Djúpivogur village in East Iceland. Created by artist Sigurður Guðmundsson, the artwork consists of 34 huge granite eggs representing nesting birds in the area. Each egg is a replica of the bird's egg it represents, and they vary in shape, color, and size. The Eggs at Merry Bay have become a symbol of Djúpivogur and are definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!
