You get a safety briefing, a full explanation of everything you need to know about driving a tuktuk in Sri Lanka from road safety to maintenance. They will take you for a driving lesson which takes anywhere from 20 mins, if you're an absolute natural, up to 2 hours if you need time to get comfortable driving.

They have support teams, an app with petrol stations mechanics, viewpoints, and all sorts on it. If anything goes wrong, you can call them and they'll help you out.

They will also sort your Sri Lankan license for you, which you have to carry with you when driving your tuktuk.

All the tuktuks are owned by local families and the income from you renting their tuktuk allows them to upskill or work in other areas to make more money.
