On your way to Tsagaan Suvarga, be sure to stop in the funky little town of Mandalgovi. There is a great coffee shop, small shop and restaurant in the Bird Hotel (or eat at the local restaurant Цагаан заан зоогийн газар). Behind the town find the world's largest (I'm guessing) morin khuur (horse-head fiddle) and the town's museum for a look at life in this province.
