The Bürgenstock Resort is on a tall mountain cliff overlooking Lake Lucerne. It's a dramatic arrive by boat and funicular train. Travel time from Lucerne 40 mins.
In front of Luzern train station, go to Pier 3.
Departs hourly 17:07, 18:07, 19:07, etc. Check schedule on SBB.ch.
Ride the boat to Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock.
Transfer to the funicular and ride up to the Bürgenstock hotel.
Return journeys to Lucerne via funicular/boat are hourly, departing on the XX:20. The latest return journey is the funicular departure at 22:20, arriving back at Lucerne at 23:02.
