Take a break while driving the Coquihalla (Highway 5) with a stop at Falls Lake. This pretty mountain lake in the summit area is accessible by an easy 750m long trail. Allow around an hour for the return trip.

There are two tent pads by the lake, but keep in mind that there are no other facilities so you would need to practice Leave No Trace principles (pack out everything you bring, use a cathole for waste).
