This beautiful park in Lugano is like a breath of fresh air in the city. With its lush greenery, winding paths, and beautiful flower beds, It's the best spot to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy peace and quiet with nature. It is also by far one of iconic photo spots in Lugano: don't miss the elegant black fence with the star-shaped mosaic stone floor and the gorgeous backdrop of Monte Generoso!

The park is huge, spanning 63,000 square meter park and offers a mix of Italian and English garden styles. Usually people walk no further than the first part with the photo spot... but if you venture further enough, you will reach along a forested section that adds a wilder touch of nature.

If you visit Lugano during the summer months from July to August, don't miss the LongLake Festival held at the park, where you can enjoy free music and arts performances by musicians, actors and acrobats! The vibes is really lovely and chill and it's the best way to experience summer in Ticino.
