Brigerbad is a large thermal bath and spa in the Valais region, with recreation and relaxation for all ages. It's a nice place to relax and play after a day in the Swiss alps. The indoor facilities also make it great for rainy days.

On weekends and bad weather days, it can be quite crowded. Best to book tickets in advance.

The Outdoor Swimming & Thermal Baths area is open to all ages. In summer season, it includes:

• sports pool with rock jump

• 50m olympic sized lap pool

• outdoor 184m waterslide

• lazy river pool

• cold water pool 18-20C

• indoor/outdoor pool 34-35C with massage jets

• 25m indoor sports pool 26-28C

• heated indoor splash pool with 35m long waterslide, with a timing system so you can see how fast you slide down.

The Spa area is open to adults only. It includes:

• three steam baths with different temperatures and aromas

• bio sauna 60C

• wood sauna 80C

• salt stone sauna 85C

• thermal grotto with mineral rich waters 42C

• cold water plunge

From Saas Fee, about 1h. From Aletsch Arena (Riederalp, Bettmeralp), about 40 mins.

Tickets: 3 hour or full day pass / children age 9 and under free with parent
