Beauchamp Falls is a spectacular 20m waterfall cascading into a fern-fringed pool in the Great Otway National Park along the Great Ocean Road.

This hidden gem offers a lush rainforest escape with fewer crowds than nearby Triplet Falls or the 12 Apostles. The hike descends through towering eucalypts, myrtle beech and mossy gullies.

Distance: the 3.6km return trail

Time: 1.5-2 hours
