Naracoorte Caves National Park is South Australia's only UNESCO World Heritage-listed site. Spanning 305 hectares, it's renowned as one of the world's most important fossil sites, preserving Australia's richest record of Pleistocene megafauna (giant marsupials like Diprotodon wombats and Thylacoleo marsupial lions) from over 500,000 years ago.

The park features over 26 limestone caves formed by ancient coastal dunes, offering a mix of self-guided walks, guided tours, and adventure caving.
