The Koolah Creek Highland Cattle Experience is offered as a private session only to ensure it is personal and intimate, tailored to your own interests. It is modelled on the natural flow of introducing our own visiting friends & family to our family of Highlands, for a truly unique & immersive farm experience. We are not a petting farm; we offer a unique opportunity to connect with these incredible animals.

As your hosts guide you through the picturesque farm, you’ll witness their special connection with each of their animals. During your private Experience, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Befriend, brush & cuddle the friendliest Highlands cows. Each of our cows has their own special personality and they adore being pampered by their guests!

• Meet the herd of breeding cows, and learn each of their names, personalities & stories. Depending on the time of year, there will be between fifteen and twenty five Highlands for you to meet!

• See the newest additions: the baby calves! We have new calves born most months throughout Autumn, Winter and Spring.

• Learn all about the behaviour and care of Highland cattle, and how our breeding program contributes to preserving the heritage of the breed.
