Forster Fairy Pools is my all time favourite rock pool! It has crystal clear water, sandy bottom and is the perfect depth where I can touch the bottom!

It is a magical turquoise tidal rock pool tucked into the cliffs of Booti Booti National Park. it is perfect for a dip at low tide, surrounded by rugged headlands.

From the car park, follow the unmarked dirt track south (2.4km return). It’s intuitive—descend through bush (glow-worms at dusk!) and coastal heath. At 720m, spot the pool below; continue to the beach (McBrides Beach), then scramble 200m north over rocks to the pool (low tide essential, <1m swell).

The track is marked but my best tip is to download all trails and search the track on there to follow!

This blog post explains how to get there very well!
