Hancock Gorge is one of the most iconic gorges in Karijini, renowned for its narrow rock walls, deep pools, and adventure-style terrain. It’s perfect for those who love hiking, scrambling and swimming in natural pools.

Kermits Pool is a famous swimming spot in the gorge, named after its deep, emerald water. The gorge involves boulder-hopping, small climbs and trekking through waist deep water — an adventurous hike rather than a simple walk.

One of the funnest hikes we have EVER been on! Kermit's Pool at the end of the hike was FREEZING though!

We recommend to arrive just after sunrise as this hike does get quite busy!
