Erskine Falls is a 30m cascade tumbling into a lush fern-filled gorge in the Great Otway National Park.

It is fed year-round by the Erskine River and is one of the Otways’ most accessible and photographed waterfalls, surrounded by towering mountain ash eucalypts and mossy cliffs.

Start at the upper lookout (1 minute flat walk) for panoramic drops, then descend 300 steps (10-15 mins) to the base for misty plunge pool views. Definitely can go for a swim in summer!
