The Strand is the most popular spot in all of Townsville! It is a beachfront esplanade that offers stunning views of Magnetic Island and the Coral Sea.

It's a smick place for sunrise and sunset!

There are plenty of cafes and restaurant options along there and heaps of nice grassy areas to relax! There is a net for swimming but always be croc wise when in North Queensland! The tropical vibe here with all the palm tress lining the paths is our favourite thing about this place!
