If you want to really get in touch with the locals, then you can't miss tasting in the Orée du maquis traditional liquor workshop and store, located in the historic center. The "nepita" is our favorite liquor but we also tasted chestnut, arbutus and myrtle. The most interesting part is that the plants are harvested by the owners themselves and then, distilled and bottled in their workshop. Afterwards, they are bottled. La “nepita” è il nostro liquore preferito ma abbiamo assaggiato anche il castagno, corbezzolo e il mirto.
