Everything looks small at the top, and the excitement was strong: I feasted my eyes from the rooftop terrace on the top floor with a view of the whole city. Everything flowed quickly and the sunset was unforgettable!

Curiosity led me to visit one of the tallest buildings in Mexico: I am talking about the Torre Latina, which is about 204 m high and consists of 44 floors. It is located a few steps from the Palace of Fine Arts. What is really interesting is that it was the first major skyscraper in the world to be successfully built in a highly active seismic zone. In fact, during the devastating 1985 earthquake, while other buildings collapsed, the Latin American Tower held out.

🇮🇹 In cima sembra tutto piccolo e l'emozione era forte: mi sono rifatto gli occhi dalla terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano con vista su tutta la città. Tutto scorreva velocemente e il tramonto è stato indimenticabile!

La curiosità mi ha portato a visitare  uno degli edifici più alti del Messico: sto parlando della Torre Latina, alta circa 204 m ed è composto da 44 piani. Si trova a pochi passi dal Palazzo delle Belle Arti. La cosa davvero interessante è che è stato il primo grande grattacielo al mondo ad essere costruito con successo in una zona sismica altamente attiva. Infatti, durante il devastante terremoto del 1985, mentre altri edifici crollavano, la Torre Latinoamericana resistette.
