El Caracol, noto anche come "L'Osservatorio" è situata nell'antico sito Maya di Chichen Itza. Mi ha colpito tantissimo la storia dietro questa affascinante struttura: gli astronomi Maya usavano El Caracol per tracciare i movimenti di Venere e altri eventi astronomici.
