The Grapes is a historic pub located in London's Limehouse district, standing proudly for nearly 500 years. It has welcomed famous figures like Sir Walter Raleigh and inspired writers such as Charles Dickens and Arthur Conan Doyle. Today, visitors can enjoy its Victorian charm, cosy atmosphere, and a nod to its current owner, actor Sir Ian McKellen. Gandalf's staff (yes, the actual one used in Lord of The Rings) is on display behind the bar. Their fish and chips is pretty good, too!
