M.Manze Tower Bridge is a historic restaurant in London known for its traditional pie and mash with eel. Established in 1892, it has been serving up delicious handmade pies filled with minced beef and gravy, alongside creamy mashed potatoes and a parsley sauce called "liquor". The eels, sourced daily, add a unique touch to the menu. With two other locations still run by the Manze family, M.Manze continues to delight customers with its classic British fare.
