Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, located on the Bay of Fundy, is a charming port town known as "The Gateway to Nova Scotia." It's where the Ferry Harbor from Maine is located and where you will begin your journey if you take this route. With a rich history dating back to European settlement in the 1600s, Yarmouth was once a bustling shipbuilding center and a vital connection point for railways and steamships. Most people pass right through Yarmouth but it's a cute town to explore!
