You can visit this 8000 year old lava tube with a guided tour. The tour takes about 45 minutes and is relatively easy but you do need to be able to walk unsupported on uneven surfaces as well as to be able to walk up and down the two spiral staircases in the cave.

I think it is a very fun tour and perfect if you want to know more about Iceland's geology.
