If you want to get adventurous, but not travel too far out of town, this is the perfect thing to do.

At the edge of town you will find Zipline Akureyri and they will show you Icelandic nature from a different perspective. Fun for the whole family. Kids need to be at least 8 years old.

You will zip down five different lines during the tour, each line has a different "specialty". Some are long, some are fast, but all have amazing views. I had a great time on this tour!
