At this horse farm they offer riding tours only for small groups. So you get a very personal experience. Sæsa, the owner, likes to just take a few people at a time on her tours and she also does not have any set times, so you can just contact her for a tour.

Both beginners as experienced people can have a good time here, because she has horses for all different levels. And because many tours are private, you can really just set it up the way you want it to.

Going for a ride on an Icelandic horse is an unforgettable experience. Icelandic horses are a lot smaller than regular horses, but they are very strong and have a few extra "gaits". So beside walk, trot and gallop, most of them can also do tölt and some even pace.

The tölt is an extremely smooth gait and quite easy to ride for beginners and experienced people.

Just remember that Icelandic horses are a lot smaller than other horses, so very often there is a weight limit of 100kg / 220lbs.
