One of the big waterfalls in the south. And this one is definitely also worth a visit. You can get pretty close to it from the bottom, but it is also gorgeous to hike up the stairs and go for a little walk upstream.

From here you can actually walk to Þórsmörk, but you might want to prepare that hike a bit because that is 25 km (Fimmvörðuháls Hike).

I was lucky to have this waterfall to myself in 2020 (as you can see in the video). I am pretty sure that will never happen again.
