This Hot Spring is an offbeat destination located on the Reykjanes Peninsula. It's still a hidden gem, even though it is in a very popular area.

The temperature in the hot spring averages at 34° C, which is not super warm. So make sure you check the temperature before you start changing clothes because it might be a bit too chilly on a cold day.

To reach the hot spring, you drive past Kleifarvatn to the south. After 2.2 miles (3.5 kilometers), turn right and leave the main road to get to the hot pots.

There are no changing facilities here.
