This is one of the waterfalls you'll pass on your way through the south. It is not as high as the other big ones like Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss, but I actually really like this one.

The times I have been there it was not crazy busy there and it is just a really nice area and a beautiful waterfall. So if you have the time, just stop here for a few minutes too. From the parking lot you can already see the waterfall, so you can immediately enjoy the view.
