Go Wild Ballooning, established in 1989, is one of a couple hot air ballooning operators in the Yarra Valley and made our experience one to remember. An early meeting spot at Yering Chateau, a quick drive to the take off spot, balloon filled with air, gas burners were lit and we hopped into the basket and were in the air for an hour! With breathtaking views of vineyards, mountain ranges, and an incredible sunrise, we had an amazing morning!

I use to think going on a clear day was the best for a hot air balloon ride but even though it was super cloudy and moody we still got the most amazing sunrise that left me speechless when the balloon took us above the clouds ... it felt like I was in an airplane but I was just standing there. Basically every flight is going to be different and special in their own way, don't worry too much about clouds when booking, it was incredible!
