Cora Lynn Falls flows through a rainforest gully between ferns and mossy tree branches and can be best viewed from the lookout platform to the side of it (pictured here). There is not direct access to the base of the falls.

The 1.1km return trail may have a few fallen branches over the path and involves walking down 20 steps to the platform as you get closer to the waterfall.

How to get there:

Located in Yarra Ranges National Park, access the walk to the waterfall from the car park on Marysville-Woods Point Road (sealed). There are no facilities here. It's a 2 hour drive from Melbourne and a 20 minute drive from Marysville.

Elise's Tips:

From the car park here you can also access the walk to The Big Tree or continue along the track to Cumberland Falls before returning to the car park (4km round trip).
