The Puffing Billy Railway Trestle Bridge is a historic wooden bridge located in the Dandenong Ranges and is probably the best spot to catch a glimpse of the infamous Puffing Billy steam train when you're not actually on the train (if you can't score a ticket on board this is an alternative)! The bridge passes over Belgrave-Gembrook Road and there's a small car park just off the road that you can pull off in to watch the train go by.

Keep in mind there is limited parking here so best to arrive with lots of time so you don't miss seeing the train! My suggestion would be check up the Puffing Billy train schedule and to be here as the train leaves Belgrave Station, from there it should only be a 5 -10 minute wait for the train to reach the bridge and for you to snap your photos and videos!
