If I'm being honest, I stumbled upon this spot thanks to the free and clean hot shower at the Johnsonville Boat Ramp. But the area has its own charm. For beautiful scenes and a relaxing spot, head to the end of Plunt Road where the lake opens up and you’ll find swans gliding by. Now, I’m not saying this is a designated campsite, but it can be a decent place for a bit of stealth camping if you happen to find yourself in need. Just keep it low-key and respectful, and leave no trace so the spot remains nice for everyone. You didn’t hear it from me, but it’s a handy find if you're in the area and looking for a peaceful place to spend the night.
