This waterfall is the main attraction of one of our favorite levadas on Madeira, Levada do Moinho to Levada Nova waterfall hike. About halfway of this trail you will see this very unique waterfall. It pours its water over the levada path that has been carved into the cliff. Don’t be scared to get wet! The cave passage is very fun and adventurous to walk in!
