This has been one of my favorite spots in Cape Town since I first came in 2017, and now the friendly staff feels like family! Nestled in the V&A Waterfront, the Silo Hotel Rooftop is where I go when I want to feel a bit bougie, celebrate something, or just soak in spectacular views of Table Mountain and the city. Reservations are recommended, and you can enjoy beverages (ask for Felly and the “Felly & Kellie special!”) and light snacks until sunset, weather permitting. This is Cape Town at its finest — luxe, lively, and unforgettable.
