the iconic South Entrance Yellowstone sign along the way and stopping for a photo! (note the sign is on the right hand side and you will need to pull in a few meters before). At the South Entrance Trailhead you’re at a basic access point right next to the park gate, so expect limited parking and to stop at the entrance station for a park pass.
