Top Tours and Activities to Book !
Here’s some fun tours and activities to make your Paris trip even more memorable…
Mia in France
Paris, France
Cabaret
A trip to Paris is not complete without watching a famous cabaret show ! This is a perfect evening activity and a fun thing to book if you’re in Paris for a special occasion. The most famous show is Moulin Rouge - Crazy Horse and Paradis Latin are also popular options too. I personally watched the Moulin Rouge show with my family for my birthday and it was so much fun !
Crepe making class
When in Paris why not master the art of making one of the most popular French dishes ! I did this class and it was really enjoyable, the chef was super passionate and knowledgeable about the crepe ! I booked my crepe making class with Caramel Sarrasin.
Walking tours
This is a great option to explore a new neighbourhood of Paris, you’ll get local knowledge about the area and visit all the must see spots. Popular areas of Paris to do a walking tour are Montmartre, Le Marais and Saint Germain des Pres - these are also the best neighbourhoods to explore !
Dinner cruise
A dinner cruise is a great option for a special occasion ! You get a stunning multiple course meal whilst cruising down the Seine, you can do this for lunch or dinner. I did this as a treat with my family when I first moved to Paris and we really enjoyed it. I booked with Bateaux Parisiens, you can also do one with Bateaux Mouches too.
Vintage car tour
This is a super fun experience ! You can see all the best sites of Paris all from the seat of a vintage car. Your guide will tailor your tour to what you want to see. I did a tour with Paris Authentic in a vintage 2CV car and it was amazing !
Opera
Why not have a taste of Parisian elegance by attending a performance at the Opera ? The best place to see one is at the stunning Palais Garnier, the interior is one of the most breath taking spots in Paris !
Catacombs
The Catacombs of Paris are a fascinating underground ossuary that holds the remains of over six million people. Located beneath the bustling streets of Paris, this eerie yet intriguing site was created in the late 18th century as a solution to the city's overflowing cemeteries. Visitors can wander through winding tunnels lined with neatly arranged bones and skulls, which create a haunting but captivating atmosphere.
Food tours
If you want to try all the classic French food items then a walking food tour is a great activity to book ! Your guide will tell you the history behind each dish and be able to answer all your Paris questions !
Seine cruise
If you want a cheap way to see the Paris sites without walking thousands of steps then try a river cruise. The boat will go past most of the biggest attractions in Paris whilst you relax ! I did this many times when showing my friends around the city. Some popular companies to book with are Batobus, Bateaux Mouches and Bateaux Parisiens
Croissant making class
Another great cooking class to do ! This time all about the famous croissant, you’ll learn how to make these to perfection by experts! I’d recommend booking with Maison Fleuret.
