Hi, I’m Tenisha — a solo female traveler who packed up her life and moved to Southeast Asia almost two years ago… and never looked back.

I’ve spent extensive time traveling throughout Thailand (yes, Bangkok included) and exploring it the way locals and long-term travelers do — not just checking boxes or chasing viral TikToks. I created these guides for solo travelers — especially women — who want to see the world but also want to feel confident, prepared, and safe while doing it.
