After landing at the airport, you’ll need to rent a car. We recommend booking in advance. We used Avis Budget and had a smooth experience.

We suggest booking an Airbnb in the Herastrau area – it’s a beautiful park that both kids and parents will love. We stayed there on our first and last nights, booking through a company called Grand in one of the buildings nearby. There are plenty of other Airbnb options too – just make sure the apartment includes parking.

You can end the day with dinner at Adamo Restaurant, which is just a short walk from the nearby Airbnbs and located right inside the park. Great food, relaxing vibe, and the perfect way to wrap up a travel day.
