Do not confuse this with the cat cafe of the almost identical name "cat cafe calico" also in the same area. The right one is called Calico Kichijoji ねこほーむ きゃりこ公園口 on Google Maps. I generally do not endorse cat cafes because 99% of them are not ethical at all. Exotic animal cafes like Capybara, Owls, Foxes etc are NEVER ethical and not in the interest of animals.

This ethical cat cafe rescues old and sick cats as well as cats with disabilities and all cats are available for adoption. The cafe has an Edo-style Japanese interior that's cosy and has plenty of space for the cats.
