I stumbled upon Makata Shrine by accident and was immediately drawn by its pink torii gate. The temple grounds are actually really beautiful and well maintained! You can often find local ceremonies or events here, such as spring or autumn festival and the koinobori for children's day (kodomo no hi) in May. Make sure to get one of their seasonal goshuin as well! 💕
